What to Expect from the Role:

Responsibilities (example):
Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote CURLFEST and related events.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and community leaders.
Craft press releases, pitches, and media kits.
Manage crisis communication and maintain brand reputation.
Monitor and report on PR campaign performance.
Creative/Art Director

This role is vital to ensuring that all moving parts of our events and initiatives run smoothly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Implement efficient systems and processes for event and team workflows.
Monitor and troubleshoot operational challenges during events and projects.
